Quick answer: Find the receipt and confirm the exact account and sign-in method used at checkout. A completed payment attached to another account can look like a missing subscription. Do not buy the plan again until the first transaction and account identity are clear.
Confirm payment completion and account identity
Check the receipt, amount, plan, billing period, date, and recipient email. Compare the email in User Settings. Confirm that the email and sign-in method shown in User Settings match the account used at checkout. A different account or sign-in route can display a valid but unrelated subscription state.
If there is no completed receipt, return to the payment-failure guide.

Refresh the account state once
- Open the official Subscription Management page.
- Sign out after saving unsent work.
- Sign back in with the checkout account.
- Check the tier, message allowance, and Moments grant.
- Test one paid feature only after the plan appears.
- Do not create a second account or repeat the purchase as a test.
Separate settlement delay from wrong-account access
A receipt with the correct account and no activation may be a synchronization issue. A different account email explains why the plan is not visible. A pending or initially failed crypto transaction needs settlement evidence rather than another payment. If the Subscription page shows the plan but a feature remains locked, record the exact feature and tier requirement instead of treating the entire subscription as inactive.

Escalate with receipt and visible account state
Send support the account email, sign-in method, receipt or crypto transaction hash, plan, time, and screenshot of the Free or locked state. Redact full card details.
If Moments alone are missing after activation, continue with the balance guide. The changelog has previously listed multiple-account synchronization and upgrade fixes.
