Quick answer: Do not immediately start the same paid generation again. Record the time and Moments balance, wait for the current job, then check both the chat and Collection. A missing display and a failed generation are not the same state.
Confirm where the result is missing
Check whether the card still says generating, whether the image appears in Collection but not chat, or whether the request disappeared entirely. If an image completed but looks wrong, use the prompt-adherence guide or the broken-anatomy guide.
One display location loading and another failing suggests an interface or synchronization problem rather than a second generation being required.

Check once before spending again
- Note the job time, request, selected mode, and balance.
- Wait for the existing job instead of refreshing repeatedly.
- Open Collection in a new tab.
- Refresh the page once and sign back in only if the account session has expired.
- Test another browser before clearing all site data.
- Do not repeat the generation until you know whether Moments were charged and a result exists.
Read the status and balance together
A visible result with a stale spinner is a display-state problem. No result and no balance change suggests the request may not have started. A balance change with no result needs evidence for support; it does not automatically qualify for a refund under the public image-report rules.

Escalate the original job
Send support the time zone, job type, mode, balance before and after, screenshot, and whether Collection shows anything. Avoid deleting the pending card or clearing the browser before preserving evidence.
