SecretOpedia respects copyright, trademark rights, and legitimate requests concerning published material. This policy explains what we claim as our own, how third-party material may appear, and what information is needed for a review request.
This is a general notice-and-review process. It does not claim that one country’s statutory procedure applies to every request or waive any right available under applicable law.
SecretOpedia material
Unless otherwise stated, SecretOpedia owns or controls the original articles, editorial organization, custom graphics, and site presentation created for secretopedia.com. You may link to our pages and use short quotations with clear attribution and a link to the source.
You may not reproduce complete articles, republish a substantial part of the site, mirror the gallery, remove attribution, sell our content, or use automated extraction to create a competing publication without written permission.
Third-party names and brand assets
Secrets AI and other product names, logos, marks, and brand assets belong to their respective owners. SecretOpedia may display limited brand material as reasonably needed to identify, discuss, compare, or report on a service.
That use does not imply that SecretOpedia owns the mark or has been sponsored, endorsed, or approved by the rights holder. If you believe a use creates material confusion or exceeds what is reasonably necessary, contact us with specific details.
Image sources and records
Images may come from mixed sources, including material created through Secrets AI, material supplied by a provider, images created through other AI tools, licensed stock material, and other sources for which there is a reasonable basis to publish.
SecretOpedia aims to retain available creation records, source information, license terms, permissions, or related evidence where reasonably possible. Material that cannot be supported when challenged may be restricted or removed.
SecretOpedia does not currently accept public image submissions.
What a complete report should include
Send a report to [email protected] with the subject line Copyright or Trademark Notice. Include:
- your name and reliable contact information;
- the protected work, mark, or material you represent;
- the exact SecretOpedia page address and location of the disputed material;
- an explanation of your ownership, authorization, or other basis to act;
- the specific action requested;
- available registration, source, license, or comparison evidence; and
- a statement that the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge and submitted in good faith.
Do not send a broad demand that fails to identify the material. Do not include passwords, unnecessary identity documents, payment data, or illegal files.
How we assess a report
We aim to acknowledge a complete report within three to five business days. Acknowledgment is not a final decision. Complex ownership, licensing, identity, or jurisdiction questions may require more time.
Our review may include checking the page, source records, public registrations, license terms, creation history, communications, and any response from a relevant source or publisher. We may ask both sides for more information.
Temporary restriction
SecretOpedia may temporarily hide, replace, disable, or limit access to disputed material when that step is proportionate to the apparent risk. A temporary restriction is not an admission that the report is valid.
After review, material may be restored, credited, edited, replaced, restricted, or removed based on the available evidence and applicable law.
False, abusive, or incomplete reports
Do not knowingly misrepresent ownership or authorization. A false report can harm lawful speech, reporting, commentary, and the rights of others. We may reject a report that is materially incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to a protectable right.
We may retain the report and related correspondence when reasonably necessary to document the decision, prevent repeated abuse, or comply with law.
Privacy and sensitive material
A copyright complaint is not the only route for a privacy, impersonation, age, consent, or intimate-image concern. Identify the nature of the harm so that we can apply the appropriate review process.
Do not attach explicit or illegal material when a page address, written description, and non-explicit evidence are sufficient. Matters involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, sexualized real-person likenesses, harassment, or exploitation receive heightened review under the Age and Content Notice.
Permission requests
To request permission beyond short attributed quotation, email [email protected] with the material, intended use, distribution method, commercial context, and requested duration. Silence is not permission.
A permission granted for one use does not automatically permit resale, adaptation, sublicensing, or a different publication.
