SecretOpedia does not provide customer support for Secrets AI. Questions about a third-party account, payment, subscription, refund, cancellation, or access problem should also be sent directly to the relevant provider. Deleting an app or stopping use of a service does not necessarily cancel billing.
How to send a useful enquiry
A clear subject line and enough context will help us assess your message. Include the page address, the specific statement or material involved, and the outcome you are requesting. Where your concern depends on evidence, attach or link to information that can be verified without sharing unnecessary personal data.
We aim to acknowledge complete enquiries within three to five business days. That is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution period. Requests involving ownership disputes, privacy rights, security issues, or external records may require additional verification and more time.
Report a factual error
Use the subject line Correction Request. Include the article address, the sentence or claim you believe is wrong, your proposed correction, and a reliable source supporting the change. Screenshots can be helpful when a product page or interface has recently changed, but the original source address is usually more useful.

Send a privacy request or grievance
Use the subject line Privacy Request. State whether you are requesting access, correction, completion, updating, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or review of a privacy concern. Describe how you interacted with SecretOpedia and identify the email address or other information that may be associated with your request.

Report a copyright or trademark concern
Use the subject line Copyright or Trademark Notice. Identify the protected work or mark, the SecretOpedia page where the material appears, the exact material in question, your relationship to the rights holder, and the basis for your request. Provide a reliable way to contact you.

Security reports
Use the subject line Security Report and provide a concise description of the issue, affected page, steps needed to reproduce it, and the likely impact. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, attempt extortion, or publish exploitable details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
SecretOpedia does not operate a paid vulnerability reward program unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. A responsible report does not guarantee payment or public credit.
Commercial and editorial enquiries
Use the subject line Business Enquiry for affiliate, advertising, or sponsored-content proposals. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage, a favorable assessment, a particular score, or control over editorial conclusions.
A company may provide factual corrections supported by evidence. It may not require SecretOpedia to remove supported criticism, change a rating, conceal a material relationship, or publish claims that cannot be verified. Read our Editorial Policy before proposing a collaboration.
Information you should not send
Do not email passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, private account credentials, explicit personal images, or confidential information that is not needed to evaluate your request. SecretOpedia cannot reset a Secrets AI password, cancel a third-party subscription, issue a third-party refund, or delete a third-party account.
If your message contains more personal data than necessary, we may delete or redact that material while retaining enough information to respond and meet legal obligations.
